Terms of service

These terms apply to the website of UniManage Software and to our products: HRMS & Payroll, Accounting & GST, Education ERP, Inventory & POS and CRM ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for keeping passwords secret and for everything done under your account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access.
2. Free trial and subscriptions
New accounts get a free trial of 90 days with no payment details needed. After the trial, the Service continues only on a paid plan. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance; prices exclude GST, which is added to every invoice.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, or to store data you have no right to process.
- Do not try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get unauthorised access to the Service or other customers' data.
- Do not resell the Service without a written partner agreement.
4. Your data
You own the data you enter. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export it at any time while your account is active.
5. Statutory calculations
Payroll, GST, TDS and other statutory calculations follow the rules and settings you configure. Please have your accountant or CA review them; you remain responsible for your filings and payments to government authorities.
6. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available at all times, apart from planned maintenance, usually announced in advance. Support is available during working hours: Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
7. Suspension
If payment is overdue, the account may first become read-only and then be locked; data is not deleted because of non-payment alone. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
8. Liability
The Service is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Significant changes will be informed by email or in the product.
10. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
