HRMS questions
Which biometric machines work with it?
eSSL and ZKTeco machines with push (ADMS) send punches directly. Hikvision, Suprema BioStar and Matrix are supported too, and a small LAN agent covers machines that can't reach the internet.
Does payroll follow Indian rules?
Yes: PF (with the ₹15,000 ceiling option), ESI, professional tax by state, LWF, TDS in the old and new regime, Form 16, 24Q data, gratuity and full & final. Have your CA check the first month, as with any new system.
Can an employee punch for someone else?
No. The selfie is matched to the employee's face, photos and screens are detected, and only their registered phone can punch inside the office geofence.
Is there an app for employees?
Yes, an Android app for punching, leave, payslips, claims and approvals. Everything also works in the phone's browser.
