Cancellation & refund policy

We want you to be sure before you pay, which is why every product comes with a free trial of 90 days and a free demo.

1. Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time by writing to unimqmage@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp. The Service stays active until the end of the period already paid for, and it is not renewed after that.

2. Refunds

• Monthly plans: payments are not refundable, since you can cancel before the next month.
• Yearly plans: if you cancel within 7 days of the first yearly payment, we refund the full amount. After that, yearly payments are not refundable.
• Duplicate or wrong payments: refunded in full once verified.
• Setup, training and custom development: not refundable once the work has started.

3. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Bank or gateway processing time may add a few days.

4. Your data after cancelling

You can export your data before the paid period ends. After that, the account becomes read-only and later locked; ask us if you want your data deleted.
